We are looking for a Filmmaker and Editor (32 hours per week) who thrives in fast-paced creative environments and is passionate about bringing compelling visual stories to life. Are you a filmmaker with your own gear and transport who can seamlessly move from concept to final cut? Do you get excited about collaborating with diverse creative teams while also having the autonomy to lead projects? Then you might be who we’re looking for!

What you bring to the table:

• You have 3+ years of professional experience in both filming and editing.

• You’re confident working independently on set and collaborate smoothly within a team.

• You bring your own gear list and know your way around professional camera systems like the Sony FX series, Canon C-series, or Blackmagic.

• You have a solid understanding of lighting setups for different situations

• You're skilled in Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro, and can edit both your own footage and material shot by others. Basic After Effects knowledge is a plus.

• You are proactive in preparing shootdays, creating shotlists, short scripts, and providing creative input on client concepts.

• Your English is excellent, both spoken and written.

• You communicate clearly and work seamlessly with our producer(s) on planning and coordination.

• You have a valid drivers license and your own reliable transportation. 

What will you be doing?

• You'll create engaging video content for our clients, working on dynamic and interesting projects.

• You’ll shoot both solo and with crew, on location across the Netherlands and occasionally abroad.

• You'll edit efficiently and effectively, maintaining our high-quality standards while keeping pace with our fast project turnaround.

• You'll collaborate with our global network of creatives.

• You'll develop shotlists and scripts, helping shape the direction and flow of video projects.

• You’ll contribute creative ideas for concepts, pitches, and client presentations.

• You'll work closely with our production manager to coordinate schedules, logistics, crew building, and pre-production planning.

• You'll wear many hats while enjoying significant creative freedom on diverse, high-impact projects.
